These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BLACK-12 CLOTHING SOLUTIONS website at black12clothing.com and your purchase of any products or services offered through it. By visiting our website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, adding a product to cart, or completing a purchase, you enter into a legally binding agreement with BLACK-12 CLOTHING SOLUTIONS under these Terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have parental or guardian consent if you are younger, and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. About Our Business

BLACK-12 CLOTHING SOLUTIONS is a 100% digital brand. We create and sell digital style education products in the form of downloadable PDF guides and virtual (Zoom-based) 1-on-1 consultations.

3. Products & Services

BLACK-12 currently offers the following categories of products:

Downloadable PDF documents delivered by email immediately after successful payment. These include:

Virtual Consultation Sessions

Live one-to-one video sessions conducted via Zoom, booked through Calendly:

• Style Strategy Call — 45 minutes via Zoom
• VIP Wardrobe Audit + Style Plan — 90 minutes via Zoom, plus 7 days of follow-up support

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change the price of any product or service at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Purchases & Payment

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees if your account is in a different currency — these are outside our control.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Payonus — all major credit and debit cards, processed with 256-bit SSL encryption

All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners. BLACK-12 does not store, access, or handle your full card number or banking credentials. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Purchases are confirmed by email once payment is successfully processed.

If a transaction fails, no payment will have been taken. If you experience a duplicate charge, contact us immediately at the email on the Contact page.

5. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment for a PDF guide:

• You will be redirected to a download confirmation page immediately after checkout
• A download link will also be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase
• Delivery is instant — no waiting, no shipping, no tracking numbers

Please ensure you enter a valid, accessible email address at checkout. BLACK-12 is not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect email address, a full inbox, or aggressive spam filters. If you do not receive your download within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder and contact us for assistance.

Digital files, once downloaded, are non-returnable by nature. Your right to a refund is governed by our Refund Policy in Section 6.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Digital PDF Guides — 30-Day Refund Policy

Digital guides are non-refundable once accessed. We keep quality high so you get value from day 1. Not sure which guide fits you? Chat with us before you buy and we’ll advise.

Virtual Consultation Sessions — Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation with more than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund or reschedule, at your choice
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund. You may reschedule once, subject to availability, within 14 days
• No-show (no cancellation at all): No refund and no reschedule credit
• Cancellation by BLACK-12: Full refund or priority reschedule, at your choice

All cancellation requests must be made via the Calendly booking link in your confirmation email, or by contacting us directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content produced and sold by BLACK-12 CLOTHING SOLUTIONS — including but not limited to PDF guides, written content, graphics, design layouts, brand name, logo, and website content — is the exclusive intellectual property of BLACK-12 CLOTHING SOLUTIONS and is protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own private, personal use only. You do not acquire ownership of the content itself — only a licence to use it.

8. Permitted Use of Digital Products

You MAY:

• Download and save the PDF to your personal devices
• Print one copy for your own private, personal use
• Reference and apply the guidance in your own personal styling

You MAY NOT:

• Share, email, or distribute the PDF file to any other person
• Reproduce, reprint, or publish any part of the content — online or offline
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the guides in any form
• Use the content to create derivative works or competing products
• Upload the file to any platform, cloud storage, or file-sharing service accessible by others
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or attribution notices within the PDF

Violation of these terms may result in legal action. If you are a stylist, educator, or business interested in using our content in a professional context, please contact us to discuss licensing arrangements.

9. 1-on-1 Session Terms

When you book a Style Strategy Call or VIP Wardrobe Audit session, the following additional terms apply:

• Sessions are conducted via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring you have a reliable internet connection, a working camera and microphone, and a free Zoom account (no paid plan required).
• Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session time is not extended unless the delay was caused by BLACK-12.
• Session content constitutes professional style advice based on the information you share. It does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.
• Session recordings: BLACK-12 may request permission to record sessions for quality assurance. Recording will never occur without your explicit, prior consent.
• The 7-day support period included in the VIP Audit covers style-related follow-up questions by WhatsApp or email. Responses are provided within 24 hours on weekdays.
• Any additional deliverables discussed during the session (e.g., a custom style plan PDF) will be delivered within 5 business days of the session date.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our digital guides provide style education and general guidance based on widely accepted fashion principles. Results are personal and will vary depending on individual circumstances, body type, personal taste, and the extent to which you apply the guidance.

BLACK-12 CLOTHING SOLUTIONS makes no warranty, express or implied, that:

• The guides will produce any specific outcome or result for you personally
• The advice will suit every individual, body type, or cultural context in all cases
• The website will be available continuously, error-free, or free of technical interruptions

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BLACK-12 CLOTHING SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Customers in specific jurisdictions (EU, UK, Australia) retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their own country where applicable consumer law requires this.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country that cannot be waived by contract.
